Friday - Returning to the Lodge
Finally after a week of paradise, pine smells, great fishing, paddling and friends we paddled with the wind at our backs through Cache Bay to our pickup point. With the strong winds we managed to arrive 2 1/2 hours early and, as fate would have it, our boat was there early waiting as well. The first night back to the cabin is always awesome! A cold drink, a warm shower and and incredible dinner at the lodge. Everyone got to call their loved ones but Ty whose girlfriend seems to be avoiding his calls. This year was not disappointing in the least.
