Busted Stuff
Everything breaks! Here is a page of some random broken things around the house mostly intended to show pix of upcoming repair projects and compare notes with Dad.

My pool turned purple - what up with that?????
   

Oops!

Dad & I built a fence to protect the A/C from the massive amounts of bougainvillea leaves that fall on the side of my yard. It broke and we had to build fence version 2.0.

Arg! My favorite tree blew down in a storm! I had nursed a beautiful eucalyptus tree from a sapling to one that grew as high as the roof of my house. It broke my heart to come home and find it lying in the hot tub. It was no fun at all sawing it into logs with a chest full of stitches, alas.
                                               

My irrigation system sprung a huge leak and dumped tons of water into my front yard. I had to dig it up with help from Greg & Shea then cut the pipes and rerun the line to the pump from the house water. This of course all had to be done while I had stitches, alas.
                                         

The storm that brought my tree down also dropped a lot of tiles off of my roof and wrecked havoc with my plants and trees. Here are a couple of more photos Amy & I took as we surveyed the damage.
